Response

Your response to others, be it their comments being right or wrong, tells me a lot about you.

Let's have the right response; see if we are the ones who need to change. If not, at least they care enough to notice and comment.

Nothing????

Many a times we feel we have nothing, we are down to the lowest pit. Feels like hell is not as deep nor hot as where we are.

Truth is that within your reach, within your house, within youself is everything you need. If you can locate that and change your attitude, from you a flood will come that nothing can stop it.

Colonel Sanders, at 65, could have just sat at the porch of his house, rocking away with his social security cheque for the rest of his life. But he took what he had in his hand, his mum's recipe for fried chicken with 11 herbs and spices; went to ask to fry it so that he could add it to the menu of a local restaurant, and it became a hit.

Years later, you have the world renowned Kentucky Fried Chicken!!!!!

Doesn't matter how big you are or how small you are, just keep pouring and it will keep flowing.

The easiest way for something to get to your life, is to let it flow through you life.

Driver

Picture a bus.

Filled with fuel, with coolants.

Yet, no driver.

Will you board that bus??

At the same time, another similar bus with fuel and coolants.

Totally packed with passengers. Only to find that the driver is hiding among them, with blindfolds at a corner, and everyone else is trying to start the bus going.

Will you board this bus??

People need to know who is driving; if it is you, drive. If it is not, then let the appropriate driver drive.

Lest the bus goes no where.

Choices made yesterday bring you to today.
Today's choices bring you to tomorrow.

What's your choice for tomorrow's ideals?

Speed

I came across this in a book I was flipping just now.

Speed of the leader, speed of the team

Your pace as a leader has a direct influence on the pace of your team.

You can't just ask people to follow you on one aspect of your life and not another. When you lead, it's the fullness of a life unto the fullness of another. You can't expect others to follow if you don't expect yourself to unreservedly lead.

Set the pace.

Greater things are ahead

Leadership

Leadership is a call to govern others. This won't happen without the leader exercising personal management. This means exercising:

Time management
Mind management
Emotional management
Relational management
Spiritual management
